Call Out text Bubble
I want to overlay a "call out" or "bubble" over a picture and put text in it just like you see in comics. I can't find any in MSP8.

MSP is considered a Pro-sumer NLE. So I guess they expect you to make your own, or import them from some other application.
Do you have any VS programs installed too? If so you can select to insert image, and navigate to the Decorations folder, located in the ~Ulead Systems, VideoStudio, Samples directory.
If you have a program like PhotoImpact, or PSP, PS, ect., you can make your own call-out bubbles rather easily. Just save it to a PNG or GIF, BMP, TIFF, something that supports alpha channel.
