Patch Error 0x80040707

Hi, I am trying to install the patch to correct audio sync for MovieFactory 2SE and VideoStudio 7 and get the following error "Internal Error" 0x80040707. Can anyone help with this?

try unzipping the patch to a folder, then running the setup from the files in the unzipped folder. I know it sounds funny, but the patch might unzip if you try to unzip it...

Thanks for the reply.
I had contact customer support as I had downloaded some patches from the Web (the zipped ones which I unzipped and ran from a folder) and there was still an audio sync problem. They sent me to the following url

These patches are supposed to be different!! They are not zip files. But I get the error message "Internal Error" 0x80040707 during intallation.
Any help is appreciated

did you try to right-click the *.exe file, and unzip it to a folder?
