Border/Shadow/Transparency

Hi There

When I insert text and I want to use the Border/Shadow/Transparency function Ulead VideoStudio 10 crashes, I have no idea why, can someone please help me, I have the download version, 2.8 GHz Pentium Processor, 1 Gig Memory and more than enough HD space.

Please HELP :cry:
