This program crash at eatch starting !!!

I'VE Reinstalled this program several time and this not work and I've maded the "Clean Re-installation Procedure" This is not work, but the program was working yesterday ... please help me !!

And more, I don't speack english ...!

First you post absolutely nothing about your system, or what version of VS your using. So how is anyone expected to troubleshoot and help you? Would you just tell your mechanic that your car is broke and expect an immediate fix?
