Hello, I recently purchased Ulead Video Studio 11 Plus. I previously had the TBYB version. So, I entered the activation code that was given to me via e-mail, pressed the "Activate" button, and after a few seconds I got a message that said:
Activation was unsuccessful. Cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection settings.
I am connected to the internet, and I can't figure out what could stopping it. Any help anybody can give would be greatly appreciated.

Try to turn off your firewall if you have any.
Are you downloading something using a download accelerator when you activated the product? Download accelerators tends to "eat" your bandwidth leaving other applications that uses the connection with minimal to almost zero connection.
