I see the filters on the vfx_plug & vft_plug and under the ulead.dat folders but it not on the drop list on the program. its all of a sudden not on my drop down list!

Videostudio 10 video filters are gone missing!
ok i've had this program for a long time now and all of a sudden without making any changes, my video filters are not displayed on my library.
I see the filters on the vfx_plug & vft_plug and under the ulead.dat folders but it not on the drop list on the program. its all of a sudden not on my drop down list!
