i have this image http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q205 ... nally2.gif (it's 4.4 megs)

it's a collage of animated fights. all the frames are set to 0/100 (except a few) but it's still incredibly slow. I can't get it to real time.

Any ideas? It would be VERY appreciated

Why GIF Animator for a relatively long video?
I would have thought placing a proper video on a site like
VEOH or YouTube or Google Video etc would be more appropriate.
