lost frame size options in Create Vid File - Custom

With VS 8.0 (don't ask):
After a day or so of working on multiple versions of a project, and creating many output mpeg2 video files with custom settings, 320x240 (for youtube), that frame option is suddenly not there anymore. The only ones I now have are 352x240, 352x480, 704x480, and 720x480. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what I did to cause this? THANKS.

At the create video file, choose Custom > Options > Compression tab > Media type: change it to MPEG-2 > General tab > Frame size: choose from many frame sizes including 320x240. > OK.

Hope this works.
