graphic images shaky
a graphic image I am using as an overlay appears shaky when viewing the exported MPEG2 file with a Windows Media Player. Will it still be shaky when it is viewed on a television? What causes this and how can I fix it?

Yeah, I checked that preference option and found that I did have it turned on. I think it's just an issue with trying to view the MPEG2 file with the windows media player, I tried burning a test video to dvd and checked it out on a normal television monitor and found that it was not an issue at all, there was maybe a slight flicker but really not that noticeable in comparison to the effect I saw in the media player. Kind of interesting, I'm assuming that if you were to make a file that is meant for web (like a .mov) that it would probably not be an issue, but I have yet to check on that. Thanks though!

Especially if your flicker is around the edges then it could be a result of interlacing (upper/lower field). If you are intending this for web only, use frame-based.
