Adjusting 5.1 audio positions in VS11+

Post by Radioman62 »

I can't get the grip on how to adjust the audio position when using 5.1 DD in the project.
I want to set the same position for the automusic, another one for the videoclip and another for other audioeffects. The icon in the middle of the speakers lives it's own life it seems :D If I for example play the hole automusic clip and in the meantime keeps my mouse pointer forcing the icon in one place, it seems to be there the next time I play the project but it can't be all that fuzz to set different volume levels? :? As default the icon always seem to try to find it's way to the middle  and that is not what I want.

Anyone else with some experience in this field?

Thanks sjj1805. I look forward to see the video. That site was a bit slow, very slow, so I'll have to wait about 1 hour more to get it home :?

I think I got it in the meantime though :) .

You have to set the position at the start of the clip. Every change thereafter becomes like a new key for the next position. The only problem is you can't see the different "key" positions in the clip without playing it live (?)

Maybe the video tells me more. Thanks in the meantime. You are fantastic to pertain such an interrest and assist in this forum over the years.

I'm just starting up my "filmeyes" after having them at rest for more then a year. I have way to many other hobbies and can't seem to do just one thing such long time I be really good at it ... :D If you look at my homepage you'll understand
