Trying to re-instal PI12 - ERRORCODE 5001 - SERVICEPACK2??

If your confused by that...then perhaps you cant help me!!

Installed PI12, was an upgrade from PIXL...worked in the past, but am now using a new computer so wanting to install again obviously, no problems with the ton of other things ive been installing including, VS10 etc...

An error did pop up whilst installing, had internet on, noticed it mentioned PI8. something...strange i thought...however,

Wanting to simply delete this version and basically reinstall...BUT, it wont let me...comes up with...

SETUPDLL (439)
PGUID:11AFE..... etc etc
WINDOWS SERICE PACK 2...etc etc

The i click OK, and up pops..

SETUP HAS EXPERIENCED AN ERROR

Please close any of the following

Close any running programs

Empty your temporary folder

Check your internet connection

Then run setup again

SO, tried to do all that, tell me, empting your temp. folder? Any ideas?

What operating system do you use ?

Anything to do with Vista I believe the elevator went up and P I went down/
