uninstalling

any idea how I can uninstall Intervideo Information Service? WinDVD uninstalled but yet that program didn't.

Have you checked the Windows Control Panel "Add Remove programs" utility?

yep....double checked it just now. Its not in there, only thing that was in there was the intervideo dvd.

If you want to disable this feature, please click on "Start -> All Programs -> InterVideo Information Service". Uncheck the option "Enable Service Agent". This will disable the feature and it will no longer connect to the internet.

You can also delete this folder if you want: "C:\Program Files\InterVideo Information Service"
