Welcome to the forums,

Let me guess, you're trying to install on Vista??? Maybe not, but it just seems that since that wonderful pile of miscoding erupted from the depths of M$, we have been getting errors like this more and more. That is not to say that Corel may have screwed up with VS11+, very possible.

I know you stated that you have re-installed 3x, however did you just use the Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs? If so try ridding your system of VS11+ completely. We call it a complete clean uninstall.

If you're using WinXP then the instructions for this can be found here:
Re-installation of Ulead Products

I don't know how to go about it in Vista, as I'm not touching that OS with a 10' pole. I like using my applications too much, for some BS OS to dictate if I get to use it, or spend my time fighting..;)

Hopefully some other experienced users with this Vista mess will chime in soon..
