Import both videos and put video one on the timeline, then put video 2 on the timeline after it. Now save you movie, depending on what your final video will be will depend on what settings you choose.

1) your two video's are on your PC somewhere where you can find them
2) Start Video Studio
3) Go to edit mode then click on Video Library Manager, a windows explorer like interface comes up and you can navigate to where you saved your two video files. You can hold down Ctrl key while clicking both of them, then click "open". This will add your two files into your library.
4) Now you just drag and drop the two files onto the timeline. Add any transitions you like or none at all
5) When you are done click on the "Share" Tab.... choose your output options and follow the prompts
Done!
