Have friend who has been using photo impact version 11 for some time now [Note! Photo Explorer / Album / Cool 360 not installed] and she only noticed recently after saving a UFO file that within a Folder or on the Desktop that the "Detail File" is only showing as a White unit with 3 coloured dots
My installed Photoimpact 10 on my computer that the UFO saved "Detail File Icon " file does show the Ulead file with a white background with a "Blue Insert" containing a "Camera Lens".
Can the Photoimpact 11 be corrected or Is it possible that this may be normal or has she not customized something correctly
PhotoImpact 11 UFO saved "Detail File Icon "

The UFO file has not been associated with a particular program for opening.
1.Right click the icon and select "Open With"
2. Do not select from the list of programs that might appear but instead select choose program
3. Use the browse button and navigate to PhotoImpact.
4. Make sure that you tick the box "Always use this program..."

Reply by "darbs" Re Ulead Icon
Sorry for the delay!!!
Thanks for your reply,
I rechecked my friends computer and found she has both Photoimpact Versions 10 and 11 installed!
Before she installed the Version 11 she had not uninstalled the Photoimpact Version 10.
She informed me that she wanted to keep and use both versions.
I convinced her to uninstalled the Version 10 and followed your recommendation of re the icon and we do now have a very close resemblance to the correct Ulead Icon [A blue camera on a small square blue back ground on a reasonable sized white page Icon]
Please Note! It appears the Version 10 related to the problem??
Many thanks
