MF 4.0 Will Work with Roxio 6.0 Installed On The Same System

If you do not install the DVD MovieFactory 4 Disc Creator - Extra
content. The extra content installs unique UDF drivers that cause the product to be incompatable with Roxio and it appears to make everything run so much slower.

Extra content means free DVD menu templates, free audio/video files and so on....

The UDF driver in DVDMF 4 DC is Ulead Data-Add 2.0, which will get conflicted with other UDF driver.

Ulead Quick-Drop is not a UDF driver, it's just a software to help novice users to work in media-oriented process.

The Drag-to-Disc software in Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator is also a UDF driver.

It's highly recommended not to have 2 or more UDF drivers installed in one system.

You can decide to uninstall anyone of them to solve the problem.

If you wish to remove Ulead Data-Add in your system, select Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Ulead Data-Add 2.0 and click on Remove.

I think Hauppauge will work with Ulead to provide some solution for the updated driver.

Now if you still have DVDMF 3 installed in your system, you can use it to capture and burn in DVDMF 4.

I know you might not be happy with this, but it seems to be the only solution before Hauppauge release the updated driver (I think they need some time for it).
