An attempt was made to access an unamed file past its end

Post by kblakey »

Has anyone resolved this problem?

Its now happened to me twice. Once adding music and today while I was using Express Fix. Result on both occasions that I am no longer able to access the Picture show I was producing.

I am not short of memory and have no computer issues. I have rebooted without success. I have seen other replies that have suggested reinstallation. Has anyone done this? It looks daunting and what will happen to the Pictureshows I've created that work fine and I wish to keep on the programme. Can I reload them?

My current pictureshow that has this problem has over 400 photos and "sods law" its happened when I've finalised over 300 photos. You can guess the time I've spent on this project.
Please help. Ulead will not assist . Can't say what I think about there product support

It sounds like one of your picture files or the sound file is corrupted.
Try opening them with another application such as an image editor
e.g. PhotoImpact, Photoshop or even MSpaint.

If one of the pictures is corrupt you will be unable to open it.
You could then delete or rename that individual picture you will then get a relink message when you re-open your project.
