Post by bwk_michael »

hi there,
i am so sorry to bring this question up again but i just would like a clear answer if PhotoImpact 12 is compatible with windows vista.....

i bought a new laptop and because you only get new laptops with vista and i can't take it off to change over to XP. most of my old stuff doesnt work with vista and i am down already...because of my photography work i always used PI EX on my old laptop.

anyway...i want PI 12 ! it is compatible?

thanks so much and bye bye, mike

Sometimes things are not "black and white" or "crystal clear". Computers, and software fit that. Ulead did issue a "Vista Patch" for PI-12. However some have had no problems or few with Vista and PI-12, and others just can not seem to make it work.

So to answer your question, It's suppose to be when you install the Vista Patch. http://www.ulead.com/tech/pi/pi_ftp.htm
