Help w/ Ulead 11+

Ulead locks up at 3% during rendering/file conversion.
Trying to take a AVCHD 4g of separate clips and convert it to DVD_Video.
Sending either to a HDD /or burn to DVD.

I get a Microsoft reporting error....

P4 3GHZ
2g of memory
ATI 9800 pro
