Does Videostudio 11 TRIAL supports HDV (MPEG) or not?

I can't capture from my canon HV20 with the trial of ulead videostudio 11.
When I push start to capture my computer reboots every time I do this...

I can capture standard definition from my HV20 with ulead and no problem here.

I can only capture HDV (high definition) from my HV20 with nero 7.

Nero 7 creates an MPEG file. I want to use that MPEG into a ulead videostudio project but the MPEG is black and no sound...?

Is all this because the trial ????

Please help!

I want to purchase this product but want to know the answer from above problems.

There should be no limitation using the trial version.
After you capture your HDV file to your harddisk with Nero can you playback the file using Nero Showtime? Does it playback correctly or is it also black? In other words is Nero capturing the file correctly.
Is VS11 the only program that displays the captured video wrong?

Maybe re-install VS11+ again.
What OS are you running?
Does the program HDVSplit let you capture from your cam?

You can check my operating system now.

Nerovision plays the captured file correctly!

I only have nero and the trial of ulead on my computer.

I will reinstall the trial of ulead, hope it works...

I have installed the trial again and still the same problem.

When I push capture video my computer restarts every time!?

The only thing I can think of is to install June's Directx 9.0c updates if using XP with SP2. If using XP-SP2 make sure to install this update even if the version numbers appear to be the same.

I purchased pinnacle studio plus version 10.8 ans this works really great!

Ulead is great but Pinnacle is even better!
