Sorry, but that's about as useful as telling us you have a hammer but can't build a house -- why?
We know nothing about the device except that it is for capturing analogue video. But what format do you choose? How is it connected to the computer? What capture properties or project properties do you use? What kind of computer do you have? What is your operating system? And importantly, what version of Video Studio are you talking about? If if it VS 11, there is a bug which does not allow any capture from analogue sources. They are working on a patch, but we don't know when it will emerge, but we hope soon.

The hammer works!
Thanks Ken for your less than courteous reply. After trying the many different ways possible to configure the AverMedia EZMaker and reading the numerous posts about problems consumers have with these products I am convinced that the EZMaker doesnt live up to its name, so rather than trying to build a house with that hammer I used it to fix the EzMaker. No more help needed. THANKS
Hardly an un-courtious reply.
The people who reply here are all volunteers. We are not mind readers. You told us nothing about yourself or your system etc
These were your first posts and it appears that you did not check the simple board etiquite before you came in with all guns blazing.
If the product is not up to the job then fine. But often the first fault lies with the user who has missed the obvious.
