Problems with VS11

Hi,

I am experiencing a number of problems with Video Studio 11. I have used VS10 for a long time so I would guess this is not due to basic misunderstandings on my part.

1) There are no "home movie" templates when using the movie wisars. This means that the wizard is not working as it won't let you continue without it. Where are my templates which is claimed to be a main feature of VS11?

2) Where is the "save options" feature that was available in VS10 when you run the wizard? When running into problems as in (1) it would be possible to then save the current project and continue in the main editor.

3) There seems to be some issue with support for international letters as well. If e.g. using the wizard to create a slideshow (where there exists ONE template!) and I use special characters such as: æøå. When I go back and forth in the menus (e.g. going into the audio menu to load music) the characters are changed to new characters: í ... I can then manage by retyping the special letters again to make it work -> still an inconvenience and a bug.

From a usage perspective and import/export, there have been made some great improvement in VS11 over 10 and I am looking forward to really start using the product -> however, I hope that attention will be paid on the basic problems above.

have you got the trial version of 11+ only not all of the features are supported
