cant view preview

I just purchased the program online today. I pick my photos, apply my themes, etc. When I try to preview my slideshow I get nothing but a garbled screen although I can hear the music. Any suggestions??

Possibly it is your video card - check for updated drivers.
However until you complete those system specifications......
