problem with installing trial version video studio 11 Plus

I download the trial version of video studio 11 Plus. Trying to intall I get a "fatal error when trying to install" message. I currently use the Ulead VS version 7. No issues. I wanted to test out 11 before upgrading. Any suggestions why I get fatal error? Thanks

problem fixed thanks to user "Svuppe". I followed suggested steps and was able to succesfully download the trial version of VS11+
