Welcome to the forums,

In DMF4 Disc Creator version, click on the Settings and Options (Press Alt+G), then Preferences (pressing F6 will take you directly to the Preferences Dialog). Now click on the Advanced tab. The first option is Create Index file for MPEG seeking performance, check the box.

I am wondering if there is a confusion with terms here and by seekable you in fact mean DVD chapters - the thumbnails on a DVD menu that enable you to 'jump' directly to a certain point in the video.

Please clarify if this is so.

You're right, when i say seek i mean being able to seek forward or backward using my cursor when i see the DVD with WinDVD 5

If i remember right i was able to make what i call seekable DVD with DVD MovieFactory 4 before but i don't know why i can't do it anymore.
