fail to create direct3d swap chain enable debug output for f
in need to know what the problem is with view files. The application opens us fine but i cannot see any files

First what program are you using, Cool 3D PS, Cool 3D 3.5, or the freebie that is included with VS: Cool 3D 3.0?
If you purchased the ESD (download) version, did you also download & install the components? http://www.ulead.com/c3ds/esd.htm
What files can you not see? The Easy Palette?
Please provide some more information so that we may better help you.
