Thank you very much again but Im really sorry to be a pedant but I need to clarify just one more thing. The H264VDecHPDll.dll file which seems to be the problem with the dvd importing of vs10+ is stored in the MPEG subfolder of Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems whereas the files you have kindly provided all seem to be from the DVD subfolder. Is the subtitle problem with files in the DVD subfolder, MPEG subfolder or both please?

Your quite right, H264VDecHPDll.dll is in the MPEG sub-directory.
Here is a download for that specific file.

H264VDecHPDll.dll

As I mentioned, I worked out these fixes quite a while back but due to the problems with Filewind I have had to try and remember what it was I did.
I think we've got there now!

Thanks again. So to summarise - The h264...dll file in the MPEG subfolder is to fix the import dvd option of vs10+ if you have installed dvd ws after vs10+. All the other files in the DVD subfolder are to fix the dvd ws subtitles problem if you have installed vs10+ after dvd ws. Am I close?
