How to save as.....

Hi guys first post here.

I hope you can help, i am trying to find out a way of saving work i created in my photo impact 10 into a ms word document 2003, its a logo that i need carried over so that i can write a letter within the A4 page with logo ready for emailing, right now i am hitting the brick wall, any help would be fantastic

Have you tried copying and pasting?

If the logo is for the web or email I would go to Web (on the menu bar) and click Optimize (down bottom of list) Here you can save it as a .jpg or .gif.
You can optimize the graphic by reducing the quality but I would go below 80. The click 'save as' and save to your folder.

You can upload this image to your document in word by 'insert picture'.... etc etc.

Save it to your desired format. But it is desirable to save it as .gif, for gifs has smaller file size.

You can drag-and-drop the saved image to your word processor or insert it.

Gif is limited in color depth to a max of 256 colors, not a problem with a logo I guess, but not very good with photographs :wink:
