Anti Shake Filter

Hi,
I am still using VS 10+ and as many of you had indicated the anti-shake filter is practically non-working and useless. Is the anti-shake filter also incorporated in VS 11 and if so, does it work in VS 11?

If it works then I will upgrade to VS 11.

The filter is incorporated in the new version but it works the same way in version 10+

I found the new de-block filter works the same way.
