Failed to Open MPEG Encoder

After progressing well in the DV to DVD Wizard for the first time on Ulead Studio 10+, the program gives me Failed to Open MPEG Encoder 2000.1:1 message. This happened four times in a row.

Help! I'm new to all this.

Have you installed the latest update packs? Outdated VideoStudio may give an error message "Failed to open Mpeg encoder" when you try to create a video file.
