Hello,
I am looking for a kind of animated fire frame that I could insert in one of my project... I have found one over the internet but the company is charging 89 EUR for it !!!!!!!
Does anyone know where or how I could get that.... the purpose is to apply the fire frame around on of my videos.....
Thanks for your help,
Gregory

Do you have any Image editing software, like PhotoImpact, Corel Draw, ect ? How about a program like Ulead GIF Animator 5, where you can create animated GIF's?
With PI you can create animated sequences, either GIF or BMPs. You can load these sequence images into VS, and go to Share>Create Video File, select Custom, and choose UIS (Ulead Image Sequence). VS will then make a UIS file from the images, which you can insert as a video.
PI-11 & 12 have a couple of animated fire particle effects. I just played around with it, created a rectangle outline object, then applied the fire effect to this. Saved it as BMP sequence. Then using VS, created a UIS file, which gave me an animated flaming frame..

Here's a quick example I put together.
I used Cool 3D PS, video frame. Then applied a Global Fire effect. Rendered it to SWF (bitmap for transparency). Inserted the SWF (several copies to match the length of the video clips) into the overlay track of VideoStudio. I then topped it off with a soundtrack created using SonicFire Pro 4.5
