How do I save a project in Avi or MPEG format??

I got a big problem...
I don't know how i save a project in another format than the software's own format: "*.VSP" . I wanna save it in AVI or MPEG... As i go to "FILE" in the top left corner of the ulead video studio, and then press "SAVE AS..." and i look what format you can save it in, the only option is is that .VSP format... please, anyone.. how can i save it into avi or mpeg? because i am done with the project and i don't want it in that format...
