WINDVD 8 MFC error on W2K3 (Windows 2003) and Windows XP

Windows server standard edition 2003 get MFC error when computer boots. Can't then play WINDVD 8 at all

Re-installed WINDVD 7 and it's fine.

Any fixes as I think quite a few have this problem.

(Maybe Windvd 8 works on VISTA but I've given up on VISTA for the moment --to slow on the laptop).
