Ulead effects Type

Is there a way to talk to a tech. without calling them on the phone?
I've tried to get the tech form but can't seem to get through with the registration part it always says its an invalid product(Ulead effect Type) I know its old but should still be able to get some support for it. All I want is a fix in the script to allow it to work in psp 8 & 9. If the scripters could do this it would really be appreciated or at least contact me about what I could do to solve my problem with this as it is a plug-in I really like. Many thanks in advance. I do not remember there is any Ulead product named Effects Type. Are you sure it's really a Ulead product?

Yes I'm sure it is Ulead Effects Type.Plugin also got Particle I know they are both older in fact I see particle is now free wasn't when i got Type think they both came out about the same time was back in 98. It is Ulead though says it is.

Since they are old products, I'm afraid the support for them is been stopped. And for the free version, no tech support will be provided.
