I've got a bit of a query regarding PC performance and DVD output quality using Ulead...
I've used it to encode a 1.8GB .mov file (produced in house) onto a a DVD, but am finding that the image quality is less than great.
What's confusing me is that I've encoded the same file using (as far as I can tell) the same settings on a workmate's computer and the DVD comes out perfectly. I've also encoded a smaller .mov file (300MB) on my computer with no problems.
So my main question is this: is the most likely cause for my crappy DVD output the not-too-hot spec on my office PC?
Here's the spec for my PC...
Intel P4 2.2GHz
512MB RAM
ATI Radeon 9200SE (drivers are a few years old)
And my workmate's which produces perfect DVDs...
Intel Pentium D 3.00GHz
3070MB RAM
2x ATI Radeon X600 (drivers are about a year old)
I also have screenshots to PM if anyone's interested.
Thanks in advance!

Possibly a field order problem. What were your a) your mov vharacteristics and b) your encoding settings?
