WinDVD7 No audio. Vista Ultimate 64bit.

I just purchased InterVideo DVD Copy 5 Platinum with WinDVD7 included. After successful installation I try to play a disk but there is no audio. I'm No noob and I don't want to take the time to go into all the things that I have tried. Also every time I start the program it asks me to register it which I have done. Video plays fine BTW.

Questions:
Is there a patch for Vista Ultimate 64 bit?
Is there a software audio disable until the product is registered?
Is it a realtec audio driver incompatability?
Or is it a C++ runtime problem or something else?
