What release is the 'enhanced' version? I have Ultra 7.8.5.0 and there is no conflict on the one computer where I have that and only VS 9.0 installed...
The only conflict between a Nero module and any version of VS of which I *am* aware is with the InCD module, which denies access to the DVD burner to other programs like VS. The only solution is to delete it (it appears separately in Add/Remove Programs), not the whole Nero suite.
With earlier versions of Nero, InCD was automatically installed unless you did a custom install and unticked InCD. Since the conflict has been recognised, with Nero 7, InCD is not installed in the typical install; you have now to actively choose it in a custom install.
If this doesn't answer your question, tell us what problem you are experiencing and maybe someone will be able to help. Lots of detail please.

No it doesn't - I have both installed on my computer.
Just make sure that you don't install Nero In-CD because that particular item DOES interfere.
Nero InCD is what is termed 'Packet Writing Software'
In simple English this is software that treats your DVD drive as another hard drive where you can drag and drop things onto the disc from Windows Explorer.
Due to the nature of Nero InCD it 'locks' your DVD Burner and so will prevent you from using other CD/DVD burning applications.
