Reinstalling MSP7 doesn't see Windows Video 9

Post by zoobie »

I had XP crash a few weeks ago and have reinstalled MSP7 with all updates & patches all the way to 7.31.1003

I go to save my project as a .wmv and it only sees Windows Video 8. In fact, I can't even customize anything as it always defaults to the presets and several options are now missing.

I've WMP 10 which should include everything needed.

I think this thing is stuck...

From past experiences you need to install Windows Media Encoder Series 9, it is not installed by default in WMV 10.

Yep...I deduced this to make sure they're in there.
Thx
