Mine won't work either. Mine gets about...90% done... The I get the same error message. I really don't know what it's stuck on... It goes through several times (it cycles through the video I made several times - for dif things). All my videos are the same thing.

The slide show works fine and renders properly when using the wizard, but the minute you decide to apply random transition across the entire show rather than the fades that the wizard chose, something becomes corrupted and prevents the show from rendering. I tried all different scenarios and nothing works, so im forced to keep all my presentations with the same look.

If you are using the Wizard that may be true. But if you use the Editor you can customize it any way you want. And if you are doing just slideshows it is very, very easy.

I really love the movie like quality of the slideshow wizard, however I prefer random transitions between the pics. Are you saying that if i create the movie manually, it will render properly. As of now, it goes 99% and crashes with an Unable to load library error.

Could you please advise.....thanks -sam

Depending on your system resources some transitions don't play well (the Album transitions, to name one). That could be the cause of your problem when using random transitions. Using the editor will allow you to replace those problem transitions with ones that work well.

Same error message for me w/ VS11 Plus

I am only using .jpgs to make a slideshow. My OS is XP SP2 so I don't think it's a Vista issue either. I am also using random transitions so maybe I should avoide the album transitions. The things is that it works fine with VS 10. I hope Ulead is looking into this problem. Obviously it;s not an isolated issue.

Unable to Load Library VS11

Post by Noruega »

Hello to all

Nice to know I am not the only one having this problem. I have always worked with the Video Studio Editor and in VS8 I have no problem my files as AVI, JPEG and Music files WAV. I do not have the issue of Vista since I am using Windows XP and when I edit on VS8 it works fine, but in VS11 just when I am about to save it as WMV it crashes and states "Unable to Load Library" I am getting really frustrated if someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it.

Best regards.

Unable to Load Library

Hello!

You are totally right! That was the problem. I changed the efffect and it is ok! The problem is with the 3D Effects, so far I found it a problem with the effects corresponding to Flying Cube, Folding Box....so stay away from the 3D effects :)

The following is stated on the v10 Vista Update Pack:
Some 3D transition effects that won¡¦t be supported on Vista are removed from current release, including: Flying Board, Flying Cube, Flying Flip, Flying Fold, and Folding Box. Some templates under "Album", "Flash Light" and "Mask" transition effect are also not supported.
So if you are using v10 (without the patch) on a Vista machine, those effects are not supported. Not sure why they don't work for you on an XP machine (mine seem to work fine, BTW).

I have been using VS10+, and recently downloaded VS11+ trial.

I opened a vsp file I'd created in VS10+ with VS11+, (hoping I'd find a fix for an issue unrealted to this one) and encountered that error message, too.

I too found that those 3D "flying" effects were not supported in the VS11+ trial. By changing all those transitions to others transitions (verifying that they were supported by viewing the transition Clip), I no longer got that same library not found error message.

I am in Windows XP
