Capture video with Video Studio 11+ from a Sony HDR FX7

Hi!
I just donwloaded the new version VS 11+.
If capture from a Sony HDR-FX7 (HDV 1080i DV): I receive the following error message: "cannot recognize the pilot of capture video, check your pilot of video capture"
If capture from a Sony DCR-PC110E PAL (DV) the programm recognize the pilot of video, but once I launch the capture, the tape works on the Sony but the capture does not start.
Somebody could help me?
