REQ HELP: Blocking A moving Face VS11+
I need to be able to block several moving faces in Video Studio 11 Plus. I have tried to put objects over the face but then when they move I have to create another object. Is there a way to make an object move with the face? I need to do it on allot of videos and several per video. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a tutorial called Number Plate Blur, it shows you a basic method to do this using VideoStudio. You can check it out here--http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=18351. OR
You can also try a utility by StageTools called Moving Parts.
