Images before dvd menu

Hello everyone I've been working on a frist year of birth for a friend of mine. I finished the video burned it to dvd everything worked fine. I even made the menus with PI12 they worked with all your help. My friend wants to add some more pictures and family pictures. Would it be possable to have the family picture come up first, stay there for about 30 sec.then go to the dvd menu. I have VS10 PI 12 if anyone could advise me how to do this it would really help. thanks ed roberts

Yes, What you can do is start a new project, put the picture in the video track set the duration to 30 secs, you may apply pan and zoom if you wish and music titles etc as required. Go to share create video file (this probably should have the same properties as your movie)

After that is done open another new project goto share/create disc, add the 'photo file then add the main movie file. There is a check box marked 'use first clip as introductory video' at this point chapters can be added to the main movie as normal
