Cannot start the capture graph
In Sudio 11 when I click on capture the screen goes black and I get an error "cannot start the capture graph" I am using a Sony TR94 Analog camera with a Dazzle usb to computer. I can capture single shots.
Just got the software today. jim

Welcome to the forums,
This is a bug with VS11. They changed the capture plug-in and it will not capture analog video. I've replicated this, and Corel tech has been advised. They are to be working on a fix. It should be included in the SP, whenever they release it.
Until then if you have another capture utility or program, then use it to capture your video. Once captured you can bring it into VS for editing. This is a more common practice then you might think. Several (including me), use a free program WinDV to capture DV. It will only capture DV, not analog. I just use it as an example that other programs are used to capture.
