Profound Effects and VS8

I while ago, I bought the Profound Effects Useful Things LE Starter Pack and the Expansion Pack for VS6. However, these cause VS8 to crash. Is there a workaround?

If they were designed for V6, they may need to be updated to work with V8. I would contact the publisher.
