DemageD Mpeg File and DMF 6

hello ,
i've got DMF 1 for a long time , and it is working well up to now. but lately, i have got some problems with some mpeg files , and DMF6 trial :

1- i've got and old demages VCD which need to recover. i have successfully taken image of it with some image recorders (very few bad sectors), and extracted demaged mpeg file out of it, with using IsoBuster.
but now, i can't use it anywhere , cant create VCD with it , or do any kind of conversion using DMF . it gives and error in the middle, and gone. the data is important for me, how can i recover it?

2- i am suing DMF video conversion tool (video tool box ) for video converting , and i have Athlon x2 Dualcore CPU , but DMF uses half of the CPU while doing it, very slowly. when i check task manager , it shows half f the cpu is getting used. how i can it set it for using both of cores , and speed up the conversion. and also, does any of DMF series have got support for x64 ?

3- i setup DM6 trial for testing converstion and new features, but in first run it gave an error with DEP , so i added it into the list, but now everytime it gives error and refuses to start up. how can i solve it? and odes DMF6 compatible with 64bit OS, or is there 64bit version of it? (the trial i installed is on 32 bit OS )
