Serial Number won't work for new VideoStudio 9
I bought a new StarTech Fire Wire card from amazong and installed it today. When I went to install Video Studio, the serial number from the CD jacket will not work. I have typed it in 9 times to be sure no OE, and it still will not work. Please help!!!! I knew the installation of a new product was going way to easy

Are you perhaps confusing zeros and 'ows' (alpha O?)
I have had quite a few ulead products all registered succesfully and Ihave never come across the use of the letter (alpha) 'O' - but they do all have a lot of zeros in them.
Are you using the correct number - the format of serial numbers for VideoStudio is #####-#####-######## - any other number could be a shipping or packing number.
