How do I "Create Video File" with the following sp

I want to be able to create a video file (WMV or MPEG) at 1920x1080 and DD 5.1. I'm using video captured from my Panny HDC-SD1 as the source.

I see that I can export it at DVD format (720x480) with DD 5.1 or 1920x1080 with stereo or LCPM. However, I can't seem to figure out to how combine the two.

Please help!
