How long does it usually take to receive the backup software through the mail? I ordered VideoStudio11 Plus nearly 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Thanks.

It probably depends on where you live. I think my backup copy of PhotoImpact took 2-3 weeks to Australia.
