AVI to Flash Converter

Can anyone recommend an AVI to Flash converter that you have used to easily make the conversion? I've been trying out some and have not been impressed with the outcome. Anyone have good results?

i use Flash Video Studio, but, with mixed results. I have a demo of a project I did a conversion and trying to get it on veoh as I type this. LOL, i lost my login though.. feel free to pm me, and maybe I can email it or link it somehow..
