ONLY 3 MENUS TEMPLATES!!

Hi,
I've bought videostudio 11 + and after installing and making my project, when I want to create the dvd I only get 3 menu templates and it doesn't let me do what i want. I dont' understand why there is so little. i've read in this forum that many bonus discs exist but I just don't know how to get them (nobody told me how when I bought and downloaded) and if those bones dics will give me more usable templates.

When you bought the download version, you should have been given links to three different files: the main installation file (which you obviously have), an Extra Content file (which amongst other things, contains the extra templates), and a third Bonus file (which contains sample video, images, audio etc, plus WinDVD and an image burner). Check your original email from when your bought the program. If you don't have the three links, you should go back to the company from which you bought it on line, with proof of your purchase, to get the extra links.

I bought from the ulead/corel web and only received one link to download the program!!! Why is it so dificult to get what you buy for...
I speak some englsih so at least I can speak about it, since there is no customer support in Spain. And i'ven't found hoy to put the program in spanish, but that's not a big problem, I just need one template good enough to personalize it...
